Browsing a wine list
You do not need an account to view a published restaurant wine list. This pilot has no advertising trackers or visitor analytics. Cloudflare processes technical connection information to serve and protect the website.
Restaurant staff accounts
Staff sign in using Liquid Archive’s Supabase authentication. The restaurant product verifies your confirmed account ID and assigned restaurant role. Your email is shown to you in the staff workspace. Restaurant managers can see the account IDs and roles of their own team and revoke their access. Roman and Via, the configured Liquid Archive administrators, can manage restaurants and appoint managers.
The restaurant session is stored in your browser tab’s session storage. Sign out when using a shared device. The Google sign-in handoff uses a secure, short-lived cookie on liquidarchive.app to return a one-use login code to this restaurant site. The cookie expires after five minutes or is cleared when used.
Public and private restaurant information
When a manager publishes a list, its name, logo, wine details, photographs, availability and restaurant prices become public. Storage locations, stock quantities and service notes are restricted to authorized restaurant staff. Restaurants should upload only photographs they are entitled to publish and avoid putting personal information in notes or images.
Storage and providers
Restaurant records and images are stored separately from the Liquid Archive collection product using Cloudflare D1 and R2. Supabase provides the shared login service. These providers may process information internationally. Technical error and security logs support operation of the pilot. Published lists are marked not to be indexed, but anyone with their link can still view and share them.
Retention and requests
Menu records and uploaded images are retained while the restaurant pilot is in use. Replaced images may remain in storage until retention and backup procedures are finalized. Contact support@liquidarchive.app to request access, correction, export or deletion, or to report inappropriate public content. The full retention schedule and production terms must be finalized before broad public launch.
Member points
This pilot does not collect restaurant visits, record purchases, track consumption, or award loyalty points. A future rewards programme will need a separate explanation and an explicit joining choice.
